I am driven to solve complex challenges and realize (non-) financial KPI’s in a tangible and pragmatic way.
Through good supervision we enable executives in the realisation of (shared) ambitions in adding value to society, while doing this the sounds of opposition must be heard. Through active listening and providing constructive feedback I contribute to finding the right balance of environmental, social and economical activities.
